The opening ceremony of the 2022 Penang Open Art Competition Exhibition with the theme “Freedom” was completed by YB Tuan Yeoh Soon Hin, EXCO Tourism and Creative Economy (PETACE) and Chairman of the Penang State Museum Board on 8th April 2023 at Level 3, Penang State Art Gallery, Dewan Sri Pinang.
The winners were celebrated in this ceremony with a prize-giving session. The ceremony was also graced by the presence of a line of judges lead by Mr. Faizan Omar.
