Majlis pembukaan rasmi Pameran Ulang Tahun Penang Water Colour Society (PWCS) yang ke-39, bertemakan “Night Scene” telah dirasmikan oleh Encik Teoh Peng Seng pada 19 Mac 2022 (Sabtu), jam 4.00 petang di Aras 3 Balai Seni Lukis Negeri Pulau Pinang, Dewan Sri Pinang, Pulau Pinang.
Pameran ini akan berlangsung dari 12 hingga 27 Mac 2022 setiap hari kecuali hari Jumaat dan Hari Kelepasan Am. Anda semua dijemput hadir ke pameran ini.

The official opening of the Penang Water Colour Society (PWCS) 39th Anniversary Exhibition, themed “Night Scene,” was officiated by Mr. Teoh Peng Seng on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 4 p.m. on the 3rd Floor, Penang State Art Gallery, Dewan Sri Pinang, Penang.
The duration of this exhibition is from 12th to 27th March 2022 every day except on Fridays and Public Holidays. Everyone is welcome to this exhibition.
