Floating Steps

• Start: Players use their feet to cross a predetermined line and cross from start to finish.
• Players can go through all or skip some steps.
  Players should only use designated platform surfaces.
• End: The player arrives at the platform safely (Safe Zone).

Ring Alley

• Start: The player lifts both feet from the platform across the obstacle from start to finish.

• Players must use their arms or hands to cross.

• Players can go through all or skip some steps but must hold at least one ring.

  -     End: Player arrives at the platform safely

  (Safe Zone).

• Any part of the body touching the ground / supporting structure.
• The use of ropes/ropes attached to rings.
• Use of any support structure for balance.
• Use of legs in the ring.

Balance Beam

• Start: The player lifts both feet from the platform across the obstacle from start to finish.
• End: The player arrives at the platform safely (Safe Zone).

• Any part of the body touching the ground / lining / black painted area.
• Use of any support structure for balance.

• Start: The player lifts both feet off the platform, pulls the rope and jumps/climbs the wall from side to side.
• End: The player arrives at the platform safely (Safe Zone).

• Use of any support structure for balance.

4ft Wall

• Start: The player lifts both feet off the platform and jumps/climbs the wall from side to side.
• End: The player arrives at the platform safely (Safe Zone).

• Use of any support structure for balance.

Tyre Drag

• Start: Place both hands on the rope and pull towards yourself.
• Pull the tire using the rope until it reaches the participant in a squatting position.
• End: Return the element to its starting position. The rope must be taut.

• The element cannot be picked up and carried, it can only be dragged.
• Lifts elements from the ground.
• Rolling or carrying.
• Remove the rope from the stake.

• No ropes to cross.

Crawl

• Start: Cross at under obstacles from end to end others.
• End: The player arrives at set line safely (Safe zone).

• Not easy obstacle from one end to end another.
• Competitors can roll under the barrier. - Competitors can
  touch an obstacle.
