Introduction
The dinner reception to welcome museum practitioners is a close event. It brings together practitioners from all eight museological zones in the country plus some international museums. The reception, which involves more than 600 guests, will take place at The Habitat on Penang Hill.
The Habitat is one of Penang Hill permanent nature reserve lands, a rich biosphere recognized by UNESCO. This tropical rainforest park will surely add to the atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility at the reception, themed ‘Flora Elegant’, while also introducing a special aspect of the Pearl of the Orient to the world.
The Habitat Penang Hill
The Habitat Penang Hill is a world-class rainforest discovery centre located at the edge of the magnificent rainforest located within easy reach of the vibrant metropolis of Penang. It is one of the main attractions which can be accessed from Ayer Itam using the historic funicular railway.
